HOME/ABOUT

Who we are

Built for the field. Held to a higher standard.

The locate process is one of the biggest sources of risk, delay and inefficiency in design and construction. Most teams are expected to work around it. We live there.

Our role

Your single point of control.

At 4D, we develop, lead and manage the locate process in collaboration with your team, and hold it to a higher standard. Contractors should not be absorbing the impact of delays, incomplete information or poor coordination between stakeholders. Our role is to eliminate those failures before they affect your project.

We operate as your single point of control, managing every aspect, tracking every response and escalating every geospatial issue until your site is truly dig-ready. When a project needs greater certainty, our subsurface investigations, aligned with ASCE 38 and CSA S250, deliver reliable, field-verified utility information for design and construction.

You stay focused on designing and constructing. We manage the system behind it.
